It is on a great location on the Island with a wonderful beach. Sea shelling was really good the week in January we were there. Two small items that should be noted, the HVAC unit in one of the neighboring units is noticeably loud in the bedroom at night. The other small issue was the TV in the Living Room did not have cable, only the one in the bedroom. These were very small issues, and did not damper our stay much, but I thought I would mention them. Overall, it was a wonderful week and we would probably book this unit again. ##### Jeff H. The couch in living area is new and lovely. The condo just needs a owners tlc. Linen closet inside biew all old mish mash of bathroom linen and beach towels. The beach towels were at least 20 years old and worn out. The beach chairs looked ok but were covered with sand and stuffed in a closet. Bedroom closet was cluttered with old bed linen and old hangers. These little things would cost very little to improve looks. The balcony furniture was soiled.
