### Rare find for Dec-Jan: 2nd floor Parkshore condo

Lounge by the pool, access exclusive Parkshore beach and park, explore Clam Pass, or dine and shop at some of the best Naples has to offer at Venetian Village. Walk, bike, drive to any of these prime attractions, or to local malls, all minutes away from this gem. Two bedroom, two bath condo. Cook's kitchen. Peaceful and centrally-located. Enjoy sunrise views and bird-watching from your windows overlooking the pool and lake. Includes parking and access to a private beach. Minimum rental.  
  
The space  
  
Full furnished rental. Featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, the master suite includes two double beds, walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. A spacious guest bedroom includes a queen bed, a dedicated work space, storage and stand alone cabinet. The second full bathroom is across from this bedroom. The cook’s kitchen includes a door you can close, and window over the sink. The dining room table has six chairs. The large living room features floor to ceiling views towards poo and Swan Lake. TV and the wifi is housed in the living room library cabinet.   
  
The view opens the living space to the outdoors to enjoy a glass of wine and the iconic Naples sunrises and sunsets. Laundry facilities in the unit. This unit includes one assigned parking space. Pool area, and outdoor grill area.   
  
Stroll to Venetian Village for a romantic dinner or plentiful shopping. 5th Avenue and 3rd Street South are just a few short minutes away! Bike rental, boat, kayak and pontoon rental nearby. Your oasis in sunny Naples awaits you! Please note that as this is a second floor unit, there are stairs to climb. First floor renovations to the building may be taking place during your stay.  
  
There are no pets permitted and no smoking in the unit at any time. No exceptions.  
  
Note that private beach access is available for an additional monthly fee.
