OK for one night
This hotel is some small distance from the I-75, but the room was still noisy. The windows do not protect from any outside noise, which is coming from the main road or from the early bird golfers gathering around their golf carts just below the room window, without caring about any of the hotel guests still sleeping. We also had to switch off the fridge because of noise generation. The room was completely run-down and desperately needs restoration. Extremely bad was the bathroom, with the washbowl almost falling off the wall and showing severe signs of deterioration (the reality is actually worse than it appears on the photo). The closet could only be opened with brute force, the mattresses were saggy and the pillows very uncomfortable. The breakfast was acceptable, no frills but some regular fare including fresh bananas and apples. We booked the hotel through the Expedia mystery booking, but I should have spent 15 bucks more for the Marriott close-by. Even at the reduced price the value of the hotel was simply poor!

I would recommend The Quality Inn. Needs updating
We went to the Quality Inn but the room was not handicapped as requested. They did not have one available The staff was very helpful. They tackled the problem at hand and gave us a great solution. They called their sister hotel 1 mile away and set us up in a very well equipted handicapped room at the Comfort Inn The staff that was on in both hotels were very professional and happy to help us have a pleasant stay at no extra cost for the room. Enjoyed quiet atmosphere and well-kept property. Free access to the PC in the lobby was mighty convenient for checking e-mails and flight info.

Nice affordable option in a land of pricey lodging
Came to Naples to see the Vienna Philharmonic. Hotel was only 15 minutes from the theater. We wanted to go to the beach. The staff was super helpful in providing advice and directions. Room was comfortable and clean. The only negative was a poor shower head. Nice waffles at breakfast. The pool looked inviting, but we didn't try it.

Inexpensive, older hotel
Staff was friendly, room was clean, nice tiki bar and Continental breakfast. The building is old and the outside needs cleaning. The golf course needs work, but it was still fun. We knew it was less expensive than surrounding hotels. We got what we paid for.

Good stay.
Beds were comfortable, but chairs were awful. Late night music was somewhat problematic on weekend. Room could stand some updating, but would stay there again as price was reasonable. Didn't like free breakfast very well, but you had to pay $10.00 to get real breakfast with eggs, sausage, etc.

Front desk staff was extremely rude and refused to provide a receipt at check out stating it should be provided by the Internet booking provider. Room was clean but it need of repair, locks broken, drapes coming off the wall, pillows were terrible, frayed carpet.

Warning: Karaoke
Booked this for a road trip due to its proximity to Alligator Alley. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful about our request for a top floor room, quietest available, but they notified us that Friday nights they have karaoke *outdoors*. They pointed out that our room faced the other direction, and was on the other side of the hotel, which was the best they could do, but the noise (and screaming, whooping, emcee on the mic, etc) from the karaoke was very loud four stories up, and went full blast until 11pm. Not great after a long day of driving, when all you want is peace and sleep. The hotel should warn about this on their site. Otherwise, it was clean, but it's an old and cheaply-renovated hotel -- hallway door didn't fit tightly, toilet seat bolts were loose, ceiling dings patched but not painted, showerhead mounted suitable for anyone 5'5" or shorter. Rating: front desk staff and housekeeping 4, and everything else 1.

Convenient and cost effective stay
The room was spacious and well furnished. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our only negative was noise in our original room. Mechanical noise from the elevator was very intrusive. On request we were quickly and efficiently reallocated to a room that was some distance from the elevator. We would use this hotel again but request a room not impacted by elevator noise.

The breakfast buffet should be included with price. The WiFi was slower than most. Tv cable kept going in and out Sunday night. That was the only time we wanted to watch it. the suite was nice with kitchen, a few dishes, mugs, silverware, utensils, etc.

Minimal standards. Food really bad. Even with a don't disturb sign out the maid knocked and wanted to know when we were leaving.

Bad experience. Water did not drain in tub--when taking a shower you stood in a puddle of water. Shouldn't housekeeping be getting hold of maintenance to fix it? Room smelled musty-not worth the money

A disappointing one-night stay
The hallway from the elevator to the room smelled musty as if there were some water damage and mold that was not properly cleaned. The room had the same musty smell which reminded us of a dank basement. When we went to eat breakfast, the server in the restaurant was sitting in a corner not paying attention to anything. We had to go to the front desk to inquire about getting a hot breakfast. The front desk receptionist acted as is we should know the answers to the questions we were asking, she was very unpleasant and condescending. Once the receptionist got the attention of the restaurant server, we quickly found the server to have the personality of a wet piece of cardboard. She was totally unenthusiastic about doing her job and seemed to feel as if we were imposing upon her to do what she was hired to do.

A pleasant stay
We stayed there for a night since we were traveling from Miami to Tampa, but we wish we could stay more. Kitchen has all necessary things for cooking, dining area is large enough for gathering. However, I think they can add more things for the breakfast (cream cheese and eggs).

Decent value.
Hotel was clean but in serious need of refurbishing. Old noisy a/c units, toilet needed repair, old tube type televisions, old noisy appliances in kitchenette room, etc. That being said, given the price of the room, it was a decent value. Staff helpful at check in when our assigned room was on third floor of one of the buildings that had a broken elevator. They gave us an upgrade to a room on the first level. Decent continental breakfast with waffles.

ok stay but....
I searched Expedia for south Naples and hot tub, the fact that it has free continental b-fast and parking also a plus. Stayed there on a Friday night and there was karaoke at the bar with a ton of locals and their loud motorcycles in attendance. Not what I was expecting for a hotel on a golf course. I did go down to the hot tub and no one bothered me but the police were called out for a patron of the bar who was too rowdy. The price was reasonable but the location was not as west towards the beach as I would have liked.

Wonderful Naples FL stay
Great view of golf course. Nothing but green viewed from our terrace. Working night bar with music until 11 PM. All a good 4.5 out of 5. I'd recommend this hotel to everyone. And the price was very competive.

Convenient for price, but it is far from beach or historic centre of Naples. Nice pool and caribbean-style bar, and just a few steps to the golf club. Awesome view from room to the green. Complimentary breakfast just fair, and even poor. Friendly people.

Its not a family hotel... There's a bar next to the pool with people drinking until midnight. If you have kids don't go is better pay a little bit more and stay in a better place.

Worth driving the extra few miles to a better hotel
I'm not a snob or a picky person, but for what this hotel lacked in comfort, it DID NOT make up for it in any other area. Continental Breakfast and restaurant menus were a joke. The Tiki bar by the pool seems more like a neighborhood dive. The only bed pillows in the hotel are the size of couch pillows. And we were on the "penthouse " floor. Wish we would have driven a few extra miles.

NO BALCONY!
The online conformation said we had a personal balcony, and when we got to our room we did not! We called the front desk and they said hotels.com made the mistake, not them and refused to help. Finally, after my fiance had to get on the phone and cause a commotion, they finally switched our room! The new room was not bad.

Hotel was very busy and the front desk staff did everything to accomodate...they were friendly and helpful...The hotel is a cheerful comfortable nice place to stay whether one is on leisure or business... although I am not a golfer- I would stay there again if I get a chance to visit my family in Naples again. Okay for my needs
Hotel is in need of a bit of updating, but was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff was helpful and met all of my needs. didn't get a chance to use the pool or spa, so can't comment on those. Would stay again.
