This is a nice house and it does reflect the information provided on VRBO. I-75 is very visible from the property, but we did not notice any noise or challenges because of the highway's close proximity. The property is literally right next to a horse farm - not a large one, but several horses were on the property. This wasn't a problem, but people were coming and going at the farm quite a bit. The one thing that was most concerning to us is that the doors on the house are not firmly secured. The door that goes from the dining area to the patio literally has about a 1/8-1/4" gap. A strong person could easily reach a finger in and pull the door off; use a crowbar and the door will come right off. The front door jiggles in the frame - it wouldn't take much to break that door down either. The doors really aren't framed; they are hinged much like the internal doors in a home. Because of this issue, and with the many passersby going to the horse farm, we didn't feel confident that the property was secure. If the owners resolve this issue, it will be easy to relax and feel comfortable in this home. ##### Cathy H.
