This hotel is safe and clean. Next time I would just stay in Rome and take the train down to see Pompeii, Naples not really worth the visit. Jersey shore of Italy.

If you like fin de siècle decor and antiques, this hotel is for you. It is a great location and the hotel is beautiful. However, the Palazzo has obviously had better times and many of the walls need a coat of paint and the carpets should be refurbished. The weirdest aspect is that it felt a bit like all the staff were watching your every movement around the property. Everywhere you turned the staff were just around the corner. Maid vaped in the room, and left the window open so the aircon would not work. Took a while to figure that one out. Some staff very supportive, others less so. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

It was as good as Naples can be, I suppose. Felt safer in this area than others, and the hotel was clean and staff was friendly. A/C could be better, but it was sufficient. Walls were thin, and I could hear the people above and next to me. If I return to Naples, however, this is where I would stay.

Overall great stay, love that breakfast is included. Staff is friendly and helpful. Property is dated but the staff keep everything very clean and tidy so no problems there. It felt slightly off the beaten trail which was preferable, it was easy to get to and from via taxi. Additionally, it was nice to not be in as deep into some of the tourist sections yet still felt nearby, we felt that the dining was better in the area since it was more of the outskirts of the major tourists zones. We had a pleasant stay and would stay here again.

Great hotel!
Love love loved this hotel! Spotless and in a great area of Naples. Totally walkable, amazing restaurants right nearby. The breakfast buffet is delicious and offers multiple selections....sets you up right for the day!! Staff super friendly and helpful.

The negatives for me were an unnecessary extended checkin, a room that didn’t receive wireless service and the room was excessively hot during the night! How would anyone else rate the property based on those issues?

We stayed at Palazzo Alabardieri for 4 nights - the hotel is located in the very convenient city center, very clean, classic and comfortable; staff are extremely helpful who helped booked all our day trips, transportation and dinner reservations; the breakfast is delicious and with variety of food. We strongly recommend this place in Naples and would definitely come back if we visit Naples again. Thank you so much!

Great place in great location
Great hotel in a fantastic location. Room was excellent and bed very comfortable. Just a few improvements would make it even better. The shower was not very good, if you tried to get hot water there was almost no pressure so it was cool shower only. The bar was not that great and a bit pricey but there are so many good places nearby you didn't need it. Breakfast ok but nothing special. But these few small things did not detract from a great stay.

This is a great hotel to stay in. It is in a safe area with easy walking to shopping and restaurants. The staff is especially helpful for arranging transfers and tours. They set up transfers from and to the airport and for a private tour of Pompeii. Everything went very smoothly.

Beautiful Hotel
Palazzo Alabardieri was a beautiful hotel and very accommodating. We were looking for a light dinner on one evening but most things were closed due to the soccer match in town. So the kitchen made us a beautiful charcuterie tray and sent to our room. Would highly recommend this hotel for your next visit to Napoli!

Unique property in the heart of Naples Italy along the narrow alleys. Even though the building were built in the late 1700s, the hotel was very modern. Very Italian, which is what we wanted. They were super helpful and secured a car for us when we had to leave at 3:00 AM for the airport. If we return we will plan to stay there.

This is a very comfortable well-maintained hotel in the quietest and most upmarket part of Naples. There are excellent bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. My room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was very good and the staff obliging.
