This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. There are the additional fees NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RESERVATION AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY. The community only allows 1 lease per year, 90 day minimum days per lease. Please allow 30 days for processing.
