Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations, that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. This will help to ensure that all guests have easy access to the property and arrival information needed for a hassle-free check-in process. • PMI Vacationland utilizes a third-party to screen guest identity and check criminal databases to confirm the reservation.
