This Condo is in the Stunning Esplanade Community of North Naples. Minutes to Vanderbilt Beach, Mercato, and Downtown Naples. Esplanade is a full amenities community with a stunning swimming pool, tennis courts, bocce ball courts, gym, spa, salon, restaurants and full 18 course immaculate golf course with pro shop. This condo is on the second floor and offers 15 ft ceilings with tons of natural light and overlooks one of Esplanades many community lakes. This unit is fully supplied with everything in like new condition. The care in home ownership is flawless. All you need to do is pack your clothes and move in. There are two bedrooms, the primary has a king size bed with view of the lake, along with two walk in closet's and double vanity, oversized tiled stall shower and a private toilet room. The second bedroom is in the front of the condo and has a large closet space and using the hall bath with tub/shower combination. Also on this end of the condo is a full laundry room, storage and linen closet's. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need it is so bright and welcoming. The den does have an additional couch with pull out double bed. The entire space is open and welcoming. Relax on your fully screened in lanai or peel back your sliding glass doors and enjoy the outdoor/indoor open space. There is a carport for your vehicle and outdoor items. All the amenities is a short drive through the community or a mile walk. The community also has plenty of walking trails as well.
