This spacious apartment with double exposure, both in the living and in the sleeping area, is located on the third floor of a small building without a lift. Guests are welcomed onto a large living area with an equipped kitchenette and a peninsula with stools, a dining table, a sofa, a TV and a small terrace overlooking the interior. The kitchenette is well-equipped and is also fitted with an oven, a coffee machine and a kettle. The apartment continues with the three large bedrooms complete with a queen size bed each (one of them also furnished with a single sofa bed) large wardrobes, mirrors, bedside tables and balconies overlooking the street. Three bathrooms with showers complete the apartment: the master bathroom and two in the bedrooms. Guests will also benefit from amenities such as WI-FI connection, air conditioning, heating and a wonderful piano in the living area. Important: This accommodation is located on the third and top floor of a small building without a lift with narrow stairs and high steps, thus it is not recommended for elderly people or people with reduced mobility. \*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. Naples is a unique city, to experience by walking through the alleys, smelling the scent of gastronomic delicacies in the air and admiring its rich artistic and monumental heritage. Naples is at the origin of a peculiar culinary tradition for its famous Neapolitan pizza, and the art of its pizza makers has been declared an intangible Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO. Walking through Spaccanapoli, the street that cuts the city in half, you will cross its millenary history thanks to the presence of ancient palaces and churches, such as the Cathedral of Naples and the Maschio Angioino. If there is a symbolic place of Naples, this is Piazza del Plebiscito, today a symbol of the new "Neapolitan Renaissance" where tourists come to admire its grandeur and its two jewels: the neoclassical colonnade of the church of San Francesco di Paola and the Palazzo Reale. Today it is also possible to visit "the underground city", or the so-called "womb of Naples", used by the Neapolitans as a refuge during the bombings, where tourists can cross the Greco-Roman aqueduct, the air-raid shelters and finally visit the Museum of the War. Not to be missed is San Severo Chapel which houses the sculpture of the Veiled Christ, one of the most fascinating and mysterious works that can be seen in Naples, the result of the talent of Giuseppe Sanmartino. Par contre accès au 4eme etage (et non 3eme comme précisé dans l’annonce) par un escalier extrêmement difficile sans électricité au dernier étage. La terrasse est un local technique sans vue et horriblement chaud, et non un endroit où on peut se tenir. La literie est bonne mais la plomberie est vétuste. Une des télécommandes de climatisateur ne fonctionnait pas. Le réfrigérateur congèle les aliments. La vaisselle et le mobilier sont minimalistes. Nous avons eu un problème d’électricité qui , avec insistance, a été heureusement réglé. En conclusion cet appartement serait tres bien s’il était mieux équipé et entretenu. ##### françoise Y. We took a train from Rome to Naples and even at that point we weren’t sure if someone was going to meet us at the property. Once we finally got there and someone meet us there, we immediately had problems. There was no electricity to the bedrooms or bathrooms. That meant no hot water, no lights, and no air conditioning. After many attempts to contact someone, I finally called their main number and got in touch with someone. A lady showed up and wasn’t able to fix any of the issues. We spent one night burning up, with all the doors and windows open. We were told that they would have someone there first thing the next morning. At noon no one had shown up, so we ended up packing up our things and having to book a hotel. ##### Ashley T. Bedding, linen, towels were all clean. Three good bathrooms. Spacious bedrooms. Downsides: The kitchen is not that well equipped if eating at home, the main entranceway is not that neat, some things need attention and updating in the flat, and communication was a little slow. Die Wohnung bietet mit ihren 3 Zimmern und 3 Badezimmern ausreichend platz. Wir haben die Nähe zur Altstadt und auch zum Hafen sehr genossen. Umliegend laden Cafés, Bars und Restaurant zum verweilen ein. Direkt gegenüber der Unterkunft ist ein MiniMarket für die Einkäufe. ##### Joelle G. All 3 had an private room and private bathroom, which was luxurious. The apartment was proper, but if you check 'hidden' spots you will find litter or dust. Location is perfect. A bustly neighbourhood (in weekends this can cause some noise issue). The stairs to the apartment are long and steep. A real gym activity! I would recommend the place. ##### Rogier S.
