Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort

#### Problems if you arrive at nigth

Problema at the entrance, they didnt gave it the instuctions to enter the room, Also they didnt answer the phone. Theres no sings in the door of the building. They interrupt out staying for objets lost in the room.
