This prime location offers our residents convenient access to all that Bonita Springs, Naples, and Fort Myers have to offer. \*\*It takes about 2 weeks to get you registered with the community, so please reach out to us prior to booking. We do not recommend having your initial check in day be on the weekend, as the office is closed then. To play Golf, you need to pay an initial $575 golf transfer fee. There is then an additional daily fee the community charges, on the days you want to play. If you do not want to play Golf, you do not need to pay the $500 fee we are charging for that. To use the amenities, there is a $460 resort fee It takes 2 weeks to get you registered with the community in order for you to use the amenities, so please reach out to us prior to booking.
