Pool was great and heated to a warm temp. Had a decent area outside of pool cage for dogs. Area was nice and quiet. Super close to Vanderbilt beach which has a garage for parking, a bit to bike but doable. 3 bikes, 4 beach chairs, and other floats, cooler in garage. Living space was very comfortable and used the front room as a workspace. Smart TVs in all rooms and patio. Very safe area with plenty of restaurants, grocery (Publix, Whole Market and Trader Joe’s) and shopping all very close. If you bring a dog, go to Bonita Dog Beach. Some new king size pillows would be helpful for the master bedroom along with sheets and mattress covers without marks or stains. Large cooking pot needs to be replaced (I wouldn’t even use it).
