From the moment you walk into this top floor unit in the tranquil neighborhood of New Waterford at Berkshire Lakes of Naples, Florida you will know you are on vacation! Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival! All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready.   
\*\*\*\*Season 2026 available per February 4\. The first Season 2026 reservation must start on February 4 - 15, 2026\*\*\*\*\*  
  
This fully equipped condo with open floor plan has French oak gray flooring throughout. Inviting seating area with a large 43 inch flat screen TV in the living. Frizzlife water filtration system in the kitchen. Sliding doors open up to the screened in balcony with gorgeous lake view. During cooler winter days you can let the sliders open to let in fresh air. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook, and dining area off the living. The den is set up as an office and features a daybed.  
  
A large primary suite with a king size bed, 33 inch flat screen TV, and beautiful lake view from the bay window. The en-suite bathroom has double sinks and walk in shower. The guest bedroom features a queen bed. In the guest bathroom you will find a shower tub combination and a single vanity. Washer and dryer in the unit. Realty Group of SW Florida property code BEL201\.   
Wi-Fi available. Beach chairs and umbrella provided for your day at the beach. Garage for storage only. One assigned parking spot on driveway (no trucks).

The community of Berkshire Lakes is conveniently located between Radio Rd and I75\. Amenities include heated community pool with gazebos and clubhouse. Berkshire Commons shopping plaza is across the street from Berkshire Lakes with a Publix, Starbucks, Pharmacy and many other shopping and dining options. Quick access to the beaches and many famous Naples locations like 5th Ave, Tin City, Coastland Mall, Naples Pier as well as Marco Island. Golden Gate Community Park is a 5 minute drive away and offers several sport fields, 4 lit tennis and racquetball courts, lit basketball courts, shuffleboard courts, bocce court, playground, paved fitness trail and boat ramp. Golden Gate Community Park also includes a vast fitness center and wonderful Aquatics Facility. This is truly living the Florida lifestyle!

#### it was a comfortable place to stay when not doing activities.

The condo was very outdated. It was surface clean but attention to detail was lacking. The ceiling fans, bathroom vents and baseboard were filthy. There was dried blood stains in one of the bathrooms. 2 Beach chairs were advertised and provided, but they were very old and flimsy. One of them was broken and not usable. Overall it was okay, but did not "wow" me.

#### Sunshine days

Enjoyed our time. Happy with neighborhood, kindness of neighbors and area. Loved the pool area. Sad with cleanliness of condo (cabinets-inside and out, glass tables underneath, floors, fans very dirty. Once I cleaned most, made me feel better. The condo was very spacious, loved the screened in porch.
