The only mentionable negative is that the bed is terribly uncomfortable, lumpy, as in difficult to turn over due to the lumps. Pillows were also uncomfortable. My best friend was getting married on the beach in Marco Island and this condo was only 15 mins walking distance from where they were having the ceremony. The condo had all the amenities we needed, check in was super easy and fast and the lady at the front desk provided all the info we needed to get around. Barbara was a very attentive host, answering all my (silly) questions in a timely manner. A plaza with a bunch of delicious places to eat was only 15 mins walking distance, there are so many cool shells to find when the tide goes out and every night we got to watch the beautiful sunset over the ocean from our balcony. From balcony see beach, ocean, birds, dolphins, sunset, moon set. Walk downstairs and you are literally on the beach. Restaurant in building is a nice bonus.
