The house is nicely decorated, everything was brand new and clean. We had a great time there, it is a very relaxing and beautiful place. The boat lift worked very well for our 21 foot boat as well. The canal was wide enough, just be aware of the fact that it gets quite shallow at low tide. The owners Nikki and Matt were kind and responsive, the neighbors were very nice, too.
