There is no way this hotel is a 3*, and it's very questionable how they got it. First of all, from all the pictures they advertise in hotels.com, none corresponded to the room we got, which was awful, terrible, tiny and run-down. Cracked walls everywhere, and a horrible taste of decoration. It was pure 1970s never upgraded. After asking to be moved to a room according to what we booked, they were fully booked and nothing they could do so we liaised with hotels.com customer services, very kind and professional as always, so we had the chance to let them know what happened. This hotel should not be listing pictures of rooms looking good and giving something totally different. For the following night they could accommodate us in a much better room, still not mentioned in any pics in the website. But this was ok. Receptionist were all very nice and friendly, willing to help, the waitresses in the breakfast very nice too, but the older giy with glasses behind the bar was rude and unfriendly in another level. Very unpleasant to be in the breakfast room with him around, and speaking loud and very bad to the waitresses. The breakfast was a misery! almost non-existent with the smallest choice we've ever experienced, however and once again, the waitresses were nice and friendly, efficient and kind, but all turned down by this rude man, probably their manager or boss.
