The best thing about Del Golfo is its location - it is about a 20min drive from the airport, and walking distance to all the main sights in the centre like the Castle, Via Toledo, all the main Squares, and even the port. (But beware that taxis charge a set amount to get to the hotel, even if there is a meter in the taxi and it says something else!!)
The second best thing about the hotel was its staff - everyone was very helpful and friendly, and kept the hotel and the rooms very clean.
Breakfast was very basic, the usual continental fare, but that's fine, as there was plenty of pizza available outside.
Our room was on the first floor, and very big, clean with comfortable beds. However, it was very dark, there was no daylight coming in, we had to have lights on all the time. And there was no network in the room, so you couldn't make calls while in the room, which was a little limiting.
Getting around Naples is very easy, and the people are very friendly, and speak English, so it is a pleasure to be there.
