The room was clean. The manager Maria was amazing. Some of the other staff not so much. The starter on the grill was broken so staff had to come start it. Pool towels were often not put outside. It was very quiet which was great!

Not a great experience
We did not have a positive experience staying at this place. Upon arrival we found a lot of animal hair in our unit. We needed to use the pullout couch for our son to sleep on. We took off the cushions and found piles of dog hair under the cushions and on top of the pullout mattress. It was an insane amount of animal hair. We have pictures to prove it. It was midnight so we just put the cushions back on and had him sleep on top of the couch with a blanket. All around the unit there was tons of animal hair. Our socks were covered with it. We called the front desk and told them about it. We said we'd sleep there that night because it was so late and then if the cleaning crew could come in the morning we'd be out for the day for them to clean. When we got back around 5 pm, they still had not cleaned. So I asked again for them to come clean. The cleaning crew had left for the day so a maintenance guy came up with a vacuum. He vacuumed for 10 minutes then stated he was finished and it was good. I examined and it was NOT good. I asked for a new unit because it was starting to be a problem, and they said they didn't have another suite open just like ours to fit our family of 7. So I finally just asked them to leave the vacuum and I would do it. I spent the next hour and 15 minutes vacuuming the edges and in every nook and cranny to get all the hair. Again, we have pictures and video of all of this. I asked for a refund and the hotel said we would have to take it up with VRBO. How can I go about getting a refund or some compensation for this huge problem? We had no clue that this was even a pet friendly place. We will double check next time. The staff was very friendly and the check in and out process was great. We're sad that we have to give such a low rating, but it was a very frustrating experience, and I will never stay at that hotel again. Thank you Kandis and Stephen Carpenter

The rooms are very nice and clean. The kitchen includes a loaded full size dishwasher for your convenience, a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and a 2 burner electric stove top. I will definitely be back on my monthly trip to Bonita Springs.
