Step inside the Gulf Pavillion and discover a beautifully appointed condominium designed for comfort and relaxation. This second-floor retreat features two well-defined bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed, providing a spacious and private sanctuary. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, ideal for children or individual guests. Both bathrooms are fully equipped with all the essentials. The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator, perfect for preparing meals. The living area opens onto a private patio or balcony, offering breathtaking water views and an ideal spot for enjoying the Florida sunshine. The unit also includes amenities such as air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, and wireless internet, ensuring a comfortable stay. The property is conveniently offers one free parking space.

For those flying in, Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) is approximately a 45-minute drive away. While public transportation options are limited in Naples, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. The downtown area, with its shops, restaurants, and beaches, is a short drive, making it simple to explore the best of Naples from your condo.

Please note the check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Free parking is available on-site. The Gulf Pavillion is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during evening hours, to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.
