Convenient location, 5 miles to beaches, dining, and shopping. Fully stocked kitchen, room to relax both inside/out with lots of extra touches. Families with children will love the amenities provided and kid-friendly environment. Outdoor lovers, a canal for fishing/kayaking is close. The entire house is yours to use. We have provided everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Our goal is to have repeat customers year after year. We want them to refer their family and friends to us. Here is what our guests have loved most about the home: Open floor plan Lots of room for everyone. Large kitchen Very Clean Great Location Very private. Lots of extra touches Kid-friendly Conveniences Fully stocked kitchen – if there is something missing, we live next door. Like a good neighbor you can borrow mine. Wifi – Free password is in welcoming book. Smart TV DVD player Netflix Washer/Dryer Iron/Ironing Board Note: The house is close to I-75\. We have not had any complaints about the noise from any of our guest. Guest bedroom and Master Suite are on the second floor. The second bathroom is downstairs. The house is on a well system The house is on a septic system. House Details The house has room for two couples, an average size family or a group of 4 close friends. (1500 square feet of living space). Kitchen The kitchen is larger and well equipped with utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker (filter provided), Keurig (coffee and tea provided) toaster and blender. There is RO water on the sink and a water filter system in the refrigerator. Dishes washer and soap for the dishwasher are provided. Along with one roll of paper towels Laundry There is a full size washer and dryer located in the laundry room. (you will need to bring the soap) There is an iron and ironing board in the same area. Great Room The great room is located at the rear of the house just off the kitchen and dining room. It is a two-story area with lots of windows, ceiling fan and it opens to the master bedroom. There is a comfortable pit group with two swivel chairs. The family room is the place for viewing a curved OLED Smart TV with Netflix and a DVD/Bluray player. Dining room: There is seating for 6 adults. There is a booster seat for a toddler A high chair. Three additional seats at the kitchen bar area. Bedrooms: Bedroom #1 – Second floor with a king size bed. Private lanai, walk in closet and is open to the great room below. Bedroom #2 - Second floor with queen size bed. Bathrooms: Bathroom #1 – Second floor is an on suite to master bedroom. Double sinks and walk in shower with two showerheads. Bathroom #2 – First Floor with single sink, rain head shower and deep Jacuzzi tub. Fireplace: It is Florida and while it is a working wood-burning fireplace we have placed remote-controlled LED candles in it. Outside: Upstairs lanai is private off the master bedroom and is still located inside of the screen area. Downstairs Lanai is screened in and has outdoor seating as well as an outdoor dining area. Front porch has two chairs for having morning coffee. A propane BBQ is provided. Parking Two car private carport Kid-Friendly We understand how hard it can be to travel with children. We have you covered. Fee is based on requested check-in time. Can't check in early, but don't want to take your luggage with you. Ask us about dropping off your luggage with us before check in. The owners live in the house next door and are available any time you need us. However, we will respect your privacy and only be available if needed. We are very social so if you see us out and about. Stop and say hello. Single family home on a quiet residential street. Public transportation (bus) is available at the end of the street. 1/4 of a mile from the house. Otherwise you will need a car. This is a gated property. You will be given a code for the gate access prior to your stay. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable! There was a cohesive design throughout the home and very suitable if you have a baby (complete with a high chair, changing table, child cups). I give our stay a 5 out of 5! They even had an assortment of 3 bubble baths to choose from! Everything is nicely labeled.. My only constructive feedback were sugar ants in the lower level and tiny red fire ants that bit me on the outside couch. I’m sure the owners will take care of these for the next guests! House smelled horrible as soon as we walked in. Carpets had stains everywhere, upholstery had a stale odour. We decided that maybe the AC had not been on for a while and to give it a chance. The biggest issue besides cleanliness, was the spider-type bugs running all over the range top, counter tops, dining table etc. At first, we ate out but the bugs persisted and we reached our breaking point. How can a smelly, dirty, and bug-infested situation be remedied while we are staying in the house? Owner repeatedly ignored our emails and calls. VRBO also tried to contact owner on our behalf. When we did finally make contact owner gave excuses as to why she could not view the email videos we sent showing the spider-type bugs using the range top as a runway or even respond to us. On the advice of VRBO and common sense we checked out and advised the owner. After we left, the owner admitted that she hired a bug exterminator, carpet cleaner and had outside of house power washed. Owner blamed the condition of the house on previous “dirty renter”. We have not received a refund or anything close to a satisfactory response from the homeowner. Had we seen the recent review posted in December 2022 that mentions bugs, stained carpets, and an unsatisfactory response from the owner back when we committed to rent months ago, we would not have chosen this property. VRBO were very understanding and agreed that we should leave when we did but ultimately, they represent the homeowner not the guest as we know now. RENTER BEWARE. However, Ian ruined that until, at least, Spring of 2024\. So we had to find a different location for our winter trip. We were not disappointed! Great location and easy access to IS 75\. Very comfortable home. Bud the house was completely unlocked with all the windows open. Turns out the gate was broken in the hurricane and the previous guest turned the AC too low and it needed to defrost. We were not informed of either item until I messaged the property manager. The house was fairly clean overall. You could tell the carpet had just been vacuumed. However, there are a good amount of stains on the carpet and could use a good cleaning before any kids play on it. There were also small bugs that appeared on the stove top everyday, even after we cleaned it again (we never even used the kitchen). The master bed squeaks really loudly with the slightest movement. It was ok for a short stay. The property manager responded quickly, but wasn’t very welcoming or helpful with the AC. ##### Amy M. Jacuzzi bathtub downstairs is very nice. Living area very comfortable. Saw a rabbit in backyard. This home would be perfect for a family. Includes all items for babies and up. We especially loved the location. Easy to get to downtown Naples as well as the ability to jump on I-75 to head out of town. The house sits on a huge lot with a wonderful lanai that provided beautiful green private views. The owners live in the house behind us and were available for anything we needed. The bed was super comfortable and they provided top of the line linens and luxurious towels. Upon my request, Libby even made sure darkening shades and curtains were installed in the master bedroom prior to our arrival. It was only my husband and I, but families would love this property as well. Great stay! ##### Susan S.
