Easily accessible to the metro, very central to many restaurants and tourist attractions. Being a young woman I felt VERY safe in the surrounding area by myself. The staff was communicative and prompt and made self check in easy. The street outside is noisy but there are soundproof doors and blackout curtains that make the room totally silent and dark. The balcony was maybe one of my favorite features, a lovely place to relax and people watch. 10/10 recommend staying at this establishment. The city itself is busy, noisy, crowded. But the hotel is an oasis out of the busy streets. It is not obvious from the outside of the hotel. Plus an excellent little place across the street that sold meat skewers and one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. There was also a great little grocery store within 3 minutes of the hotel with a nice selection of fruits, meats, cheeses and a small liquor store on premise. Guido and the staff at the hotel were very accommodating and helpful. They helped make our first trip to Italy very memorable.
