In addition, out of an abundance of caution during this time, we've upped our cleaning procedures to make sure we're doing our part to keep everyone healthy and safe. The place met my needs. The house is on a very busy and loud street. The air conditioners in the unit are in-wall units. The bedroom unit is loud , especially when it kicks on. When you walk out into the backyard, the gutter above has holes and the a/c drain water drips right over the door. Also, the grill doesn’t work. Was nice to do a load of laundry in the attached laundry room. The appliances are new and nice. Communication with owners was good. Overall, I would recommend for location if you don’t mind the noise and no-frills ##### Chris G. Within minutes of biking to a very nice state park beach. The living area was quite nice, with comfortable and spacious couches, chairs, and beds for guests or children. Some of the bathroom and kitchen space was a bit smaller than I expected, but yet it was very sufficient. The backyard ambience is basic - the back door opens into a basic yard area and a bench and garden-table. ##### Valencia D. Space was clean with all the basics for an easy stay. The two twin beds in the living room do not have a door of any sort separating them from the rest of the apartment (the ad \*does\* reflect this). Worked fine for us, but if your party was not all on the same morning/bedtime schedule it might be a little more difficult. An overall positive experience. ##### Tiffany B.
