Newly renovated one-of-a-kind coastal property. A 2 bedroom and one-bathroom home, with open concept living room, kitchen, and dining room area. Beautiful furnishings and decor help you instantly feel relaxed and at home. Imagine yourself having coffee on your private front deck surrounded by palm trees listening to the sounds of Floridian birds. Then heading out on a walking trail with your beach chairs and cooler to the sandy North Naples beaches - only 3/4 of a mile away! The afternoon could be spent shopping and dining at Mercato, fishing at Conner Park, or enjoying happy hour at the Ritz Carlton, dinner at Baleen - why not - they're all within 2 miles of this home! After watching the sunset, end your day once again relaxing on your deck illuminated with decorative string lighting or enjoying the interior open concept living space that includes a comfortable living room with large screen TV. EXTERIOR LIVING This Naples Park home is on a large lot with tall palms and fencing to provide privacy. The front deck has a round table with seating for four with colorful, comfortable pads. There is a chaise lounge and a chair to read a book or take a needed nap. Attractive lighting sets the stage for nighttime activities. Fenced in yard for your pet! INTERIOR LIVING This open concept, bright, light coastal cottage has everything one needs to live the indoor / outdoor beach life. The living and dining rooms boast wooden cathedral ceilings and windows that provide views of the front yard. The electric fireplace is for those "chilly" nights. Set the temperature via a control pad. The large screen TV, has internet and is loaded with apps for watching your favorite shows and movies, can be seen from the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Talking about the kitchen, it is brand new and provides the equipment and utensils a chef will need. There are two larger, nicely decorated bedrooms with cathedral ceilings that have comfy queen mattresses. One bedroom has a backyard deck with furniture that is accessed directly from the bedroom. The two bedrooms share the nautically themed bathroom that has a separate shower and a deep soaking tub. Bed linens and bath towels are provided. The washer and dryer are in a separate enclosed area attached to the home. INCLUSIONS \- A starter kit of paper towel, toilet paper, soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent is included. \- Basic kitchen condiments such as salt and pepper are provided. \- Things needed for a day at the beach - chairs, towels, cooler, umbrella, beach wagon, and two bikes.
