Everything we needed was at the unit and a lot of nice beach bonuses in the garage for us to use. Wonderfully outfitted kitchen as well. The tiniest little feedback was that there were a lot of decorations cluttered on every surface. We ended up putting a lot of it away because we needed the surfaces to put things down. Even the centerpiece on the dining table was massive and took up a huge amount of the space. Truly a tiny thing. Decluttering a bit would be lovely. Location to the beach was amazing. The pool is absolutely perfect. Would absolutely rent this place again. ##### Craig L. The house was fully stocked with beach toys and a beach wagon, which made everything really easy.Honestly, the house was a lot nicer than the photos—super clean, updated, and great curb appeal. The pool was massive and everything felt really well thought out and well stocked. You can tell the host takes a lot of pride in the property.The beds and linens were super comfortable. The drawbacks were few but not entirely inconsequential; though we would definitely book the property again. We did not realize that night swimming/use of the spa was not allowed and had the listing stated so clearly, we may possibly have looked elsewhere as a private house with a private pool was our #1 item with the specific intention of quiet, but at night, swimming. This was definitely a disappointment but not the end of the world. The only other difficulty was the Welcome binder with instructions for the pool and spa operation were not listed anywhere and we could not find them for the majority of the first day - there was no indication or listing where to find them but the host was very responsive and helpful which we appreciated a great deal. The home itself is absolutely lovely, comfortable, and with almost every amenity one could ask for. The amount of options provided for entertainment, the beautiful kitchen and bedrooms, perfect couch for a comfy and cozy movie night were all top notch. ##### Sheera T.
