Distante 200 mt dalla metro linea 1 , 1,7 dal Murales di Maradona, quartieri Spagnoli e dalla famosissima via Toledo.  
2 km da San Gregorio Armeno il momento piu suggestivo per visitare questa via è ovviamente quello Natalizio; Da inizio Novembre fino al giorno dell Epifania.  
L appartamento dista 200 mt dalla metro linea 1 e di Salvator Rosa e 20 minuti dal cuore di Napoli.  
Milly s House un grazioso appartamento posto in un edifico del 1940 composto da 4 posti letto, e un 1 bagno, e tutti servizi in dotazione come frigorifero, cantinetta per il vino, lavatrice ,lavastoviglie , forno, cucina completa anche di utensili.  
La struttura è 24 ore su 24 a disposizione della clientela, inoltre alla prenotazione disponibile su richiesta la navetta aereoportuale e per le altre zona della cita come (Amalfi ,Sorrento, Positano ),
