The front lanai is steps away from the stainless-steel equipped kitchen, allowing you easy access to your beverage needs! Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival! All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready. The common areas are tiled and there is carpet in the bedrooms. Reviewer Comments: We loved the resort tremendously and had a fabulous two month vacation with my partner. I do have some recommednations to make for the rental agency and the renters.1) the place was very dirty there was black hair in all the bathroom drawers and there was used soap in the showers and shampoo. The comforter on the bed smelt like mens cologne and the drawers were not clean. We went out and purchased 100 worth of cleaning products and spend 1 full day cleaning the unit prior to enjoying our vacation. We cleaned the unit before we left and threw out the mops we purchased.2) We loved the unit well appointed with exception of the couch very uncomfortable.3) I believe in this day and age you should accept small pets. As a result of covid and many people having animals pets should be accepted.4) Fire alarms batteries should proactively be changed on a schedule waking up at 0300 hearing an alarm going off is scary5) The service at the welcome centre was nothing short of AMAZING6) Transfer of golf membership was an absolutely waste of money in two months we were only confirmed 10 games of golf and the cost of renting carts was ridiculously priced at 80.00 per person plus tax. IF we knew this in advance we would of never transferred the membership as we could of booked golf outside the resort which we ended up doing. I was shocked to hear we had to pay another 160.00 for two people with the transfer of membership - again ridiculous was of transfer money.7) The amenities in the resort were amazing - would suggest maybe you can add pickle ball - we did go to the ymca so it was not too bad8) The rental agency Realty Group were amazing in dealing with any and all issues. I was very very very happy with their response and believe this is the best rental agency that I have ever dealt with.9) I would love to come back however, since you do not accept small pets I will not be returning ##### Catherine b.
