The condo was super clean, beds were comfortable, air conditioning was great, and was super quiet. One short block to a fabulous beach, and everything you would need to enjoy it, chairs, umbrella, cooler etc. Also just one block from downtown "Old Naples" with shops and restaurants. Morning coffee and pastry at Tony's is a must. Condo was immaculate, plenty of space for a couple or small family. Pool was heated and quiet, although with proximity to the beach we did not use it often. Great neighborhood for morning walks or run, lots of sidewalks in the area for that. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had and we were able to reach him immediately when we encountered a minor issue with the lock code. Looking forward to a return visit. ##### David M. The apartment is at the perfect spot. 1 block away from the beach and pier. This is our favorite spot to visit and this is a prime location. Richard was stellar. We had a door knob issue which eh addressed above and beyond for us. There is no better spot. Building is quiet. Pool is nice. Apt is well stocked. You won’t regret it. This was the perfect way to end our summer vacay. We will be back for sure!! ##### Eddie F.
