This unit has been discounted greatly to account for the possibility that there could be work going on in the atrium in March or April. The pools are open and heated! The tennis, pickleball, bocce, and shuffleboard courts may not be open for a while. The unit is great! The beach is great! It is about a five minute walk across the street to the beach. My friend and I took a much needed post-covid getaway but it had to be inexpensive and close to the beach. This condo was perfect for us and had everything we needed and even things we didn't realize we needed like a cart to carry our beach chairs, cooler and beach bags, which by the way the owner supplies all of! The kitchen was fully stocked cups, plates, cooking equipment, keurig machine ect. There was even salt and pepper and sandwich baggies which we didn't think to bring. And you can't enjoy your vacation if you're not getting a good night's sleep. The bed in this unit was SO comfy and soft like at home. I slept like a baby! Thank you to the owners for supplying all we needed for this trip! It was the first time we rented a condo vs. a hotel and we are totally sold to do this again!! ##### April S.
