Centrally located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. This location is absolutely wonderful! The condo is located in the center of the complex which provides you a more private landscaped front entrance away from any traffic and parking lot noise. The heated pool, shuffle board, and sitting area are located just steps from the condos screened rear lanai. The people in this community are wonderful. We participated in water aerobics every morning. Every Wednesday they held a cocktail party with appetizers. And, they held parties for Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day. They made suggestions on where to eat, what to see and do. We had a delightful two months enjoying the sun and warmth of Marco Island in this spotlessly clean, comfortably furnished, very nicely decorated condo. The bed is very comfortable, the linens also, plus plentiful. Just a few yards away from the back lanai is the clean heated pool (larger than it looks in photos ! ) and the public beach access is an easy and pleasant 3/4 mile walk along beautifully landscaped, manicured, and constantly blooming Collier Blvd. The whole island is beautiful, there are many activities available and we felt safe at all times. The kitchen is well equipped for any meals we wished to make at home and there are plenty of great restaurants within easy walking or driving distance. Ruben is very kind, an excellent communicator and his response was immediate for any questions I had.
