The room is spacious and spotless clean! Frederica is an awesome host, she explains everything about the city and give recommendations. The building is quiet and the breakfast is delicious! Federica was an excellent hostess who provided us with excellent breakfasts, really helpful information when we needed it and was on hand if there was anything we needed. She was very friendly but never intrusive. The one downside of the property is that it is on the 6th floor of the building and the lift is quite antiquated. It didn't cause us any problems, but there is a weight restriction so taking luggage and people up and down took a bit of coordinating. Don't let that put you off staying here though, we'd highly recommend it. It was dark on the streets. Besutiful room with a small balcony to see all the way to the water and everything in between. Cute elevator and walk to everything.
