This condo (Unit 503) is located in Naples Continental Club directly on the beach! Watch a sunset every night from the condo's balcony or directly on the patio/pool area. The condo has tile with beautiful lighting, granite counter-tops in the kitchen, two bedrooms-one with a King bed and one with a Queen as well as a pull out sofa bed and pull out chair bed inthe family room. The outdoor balcony has views of the beach and pool. With 24 hour security, mini gym, beachside pool, grills directly facing the beach and poolside dining, what could be more ideal? The moment you walk into the condo, you view the gulf of Mexico with beautiful sunsets pretty much guaranteed. We have HD TV with free WiFi. Main floor of condominium was just recently renovated with modern fixtures and is beautiful. There is an exercise room as well as a library and a large room with a bar, table and chairs and TV you can rent on the main floor. I have never stayed at a place on the beach where the pool is so close to the beach. It literally is one step off of the pool deck. The condo itself was beautiful and very clean, I felt like I was home and we had plenty of towels and beach towels. The owner also has a couple beach chairs that we used. My husband, daughter and I were so pleased staying here and we will come back! And the sunset was amazing on the beach. We watched it every evening. ##### Donna H. The owner didn't do anything to fix the problem, he promised to give us a credit for one day!!! ( turned out it was some sort of food credit which we never got). Easy walk to restaurants and shopping if you don't have a vehicle. Grocery store a quick drive away. The beach access was wonderful. Lounge chairs are on concrete with two steps away from the sand and ocean so you can remain sand free while relaxing in the sun. Pool is also right next to the beach so we had an ocean view while swimming. Condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need. The condo living room and kitchen are on the smaller side. It was just the two of us and we quickly realized it would be crowded with four adults in the same condo. Owners were quick to respond to texts and questions. We had a very relaxing time and would be happy to stay again! For the owners...First, I would recommend a fan on the patio because we had several days with no breeze and couldn't enjoy the patio. Second, a smart TV would be a huge improvement. For the days/nights we were inside, there were limited channels to choose from. A smart TV would allow guests to log into multiple media apps so they could watch shows and movies. Third, there are several different lists for rules/departure instructions with some being outdated. Have only one list to limit confusion. ##### Nathalie T. Clean and perfectly designed. Just a delight to stay there. Only issue is if you ever go during the month of May you will have to deal with Construction. Everything you could need for a beach stay was there, including items for use at the beach. We donated some children's beach toys and a children's floater for other families to use as well. Outstanding!! In all maintenance was good. The reception area and lower rooms were immaculate bright and cheerful. The pool area lounges , gardens and beach front were all well maintained; cleaned daily. The pool area toilets could do with been refurbished as look dated. However, they were functional and clean. A shame not all residents treat them appropriately. When staff work very hard and tiredleslssly to keep standards high. The staff were all polite, very friendly and helpful. We would recommend the Naples Continental Club.
