needs cleaning

Property was ok . Bedroom with king bed had no hot water in shower. All others did. Floor was a gray wood type floor that was filthy. The kids walked around bare foot and the bottom of there feet were dirty black. Floor hasn't been cleaned in a long time for that to happen. Mickey mouse cooking utensils and pots. Won't stay there again

Lots of bedrooms for large group

We had a large multigenerational family group stay here including 8 children. Really appreciated the 6 bedrooms including 2 rooms with two queen beds in them and 2 refrigerators! The property was clean but dated with older furniture. Only downside was the washing machine was musty and they did not provide any pool/beach towels. Overall, it worked well for our large group.

Family Beach Trip

This was a very nice house. It is much bigger than it looks. We rented a golf cart to go to the beach. The only complaint was the lack of towels. There are 2 towels for each room. We went to Walmart and bought 12 additional towels. back and forth to the beach. on the outside

We had 6 football officials staying for the AYF National Championships. The house was comfortable for our purposes.The pool is NOT heated, which was a huge disappointment seeing we were on a football field for 14-16 hours every day, furniture by the pool is rusted and dated. One chair leg gave out due to the rust and one of our officials smacked his head against the house.Communication with owner could have been better, I asked for a slightly later check out due to our flight was at 8pm, and never heard back. We checked out at 10;35am and the cleaning crew was already on sight, in a black escalade waiting for us to pull down the street. Seemed a bit pushy!!Overall the house served it purpose for us.

40th bday getaway

The property was big inside and rooms were all good sizes. This home has a huge table which is perfect for large grupos, it also has two refrigerators which is a plus. The home was very clean and all beds were comfortable and nicely furnished. The pool was clean and a highlight for our stay. The backyard has tables and chairs to relax and enjoy yourself pool side. Our all adults trip of peace and relaxation was perfect. We would definitely book here again and recommend to others. Alex responded quickly for any and all inquiries!!

Family reunion

3 couples and 5 kids made great use of the house. We enjoyed the pool. Had additional family over for party. a plumbing emergency brought a quick reply and plumber. could have used a broom or light vacuum to pick up crumbs... House is close to stores and beach.
