### 3 Bedroom Condo in Pelican Marsh-Naples, Florida-available for Season 2025-2026.

This fully furnished, one level and turn-key condo in the premier, gated community of Pelican Marsh in Naples offers 3 bedrooms - one with a King bed and TV, one with two Queen beds and a TV, and one with a Twin trundle bed that sleeps two and a TV. The condo sleeps 8 people! The condo is only available for monthly rentals.  
  
The 3rd bedroom/Office also has desk, rolling office chair and a wireless printer for your use. With 2 full bathrooms featuring a relaxing soaking bathtub, guests can unwind after a day at the beach, golf, tennis or pickleball. The kitchen is fully outfitted for cooking and the dining room has a large table that seats 8 people- a perfect spot to gather family and friends. The Kitchen also has a wonderful DeLonghi Espresso Machine, perfect for fresh roasted coffee. No need for Starbucks. Screened lanai with southern exposure has beautiful views of the lake and wildlife.   
  
There is 1 car attached garage and room for a second car in the driveway. We have 6 beach chairs and two umbrellas for your use. New HVAC, washer/dryer, garage door and window treatments. Fully furnished and very comfortable ground level unit, no stairs.  
  
The peaceful atmosphere of this quaint property is perfect for enjoying all that coastal Naples has to offer. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.  
  
The Egret’s Walk Community in Pelican Marsh offers a special gate with access to Mercato, near the Whole Foods. Great for walking to dinner, shopping or events at Mercato, no car needed!   
Egret's Walk includes 2 Community Pools • 2 Community Gyms/Fitness Rooms • Jogging/walking paths • Pickleball, Tennis, Bocce and many fun, social events!
