Logement confortable, très bien situé, donnant directement sur la plage. Le balcon vous donne droit à une vue imprenable sur les couchers de soleil. Plusieurs places assises pour manger au son des vagues avec la brise rafraichissante de la mer. Petits points négatifs: il pourrait y avoir davantage d’ustensiles et de vaisselle. À noter qu’il n’y a pas de BBQ. Aussi, sachez qu’il est demandé de laver serviettes et draps avant de quitter. Prévoyez du temps pour le faire avant 10h00 le jour du départ. As a corner unit, it offers an incredible wraparound view of the beach and the island—absolutely a 10/10\. The sunsets over the Gulf were stunning, and we enjoyed them right from the comfort of the living room and balcony. The entire unit has been completely renovated with brand new appliances, large TVs, and updated bathrooms. Everything was clean, modern, and thoughtfully furnished. Beach access was smooth and easy, and the condo came fully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the owners were great to work with. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a top-tier stay on Marco Island. ##### Maureen M. This is modern beach house done to perfection. A 16th Floor view of the Gulf, miles of sugar beach, amazing sunsets, and flip flop distance to a burger on the beach. The condo was perfect location and the view was exceptional. Check in and check out was easy. The location was perfect, and with us being familiar with the area made it even better. This was my 5th trip to Marco and this property is one of the nicest that I’ve experienced. Ginny is a wonderful host and very communicative. Fantastic living area and balcony areas. My Wife and I enjoyed our two weeks. Walked to restaurants almost every night. Everything within the apartment worked properly. some minor age issues with peeling paint. Staff at Sea Winds is excellent dealing with an some ongoing elevator issues. In general a great for a stay. I am not a fan of doing the laundry prior to leaving. Very unusual in in our Vrbo experience. ##### David D. Second time staying on the Island, Sea Winds did not disappoint! Owners very responsive, friendly staff and beautiful grounds! Discovered new places such as the perfect organic coffee and pastries from Wake up Marco to exceptional meals and entertainment at the Smith House in Olde Marco!
