The resort didn’t exactly wow me, but this was one of the best units in the condo-style setup. Loved the proximity to the beach (literally 90 second walk), which meant soothing wave noises at night and easy beach hangs. It was clean, the kitchen had lots of dishware and cutlery, and easy to get into and out of.

Our visit here was pretty fantastic. The unit was super-clean and well-appointed. Looks just like the pictures and yet surpasses expectations at the same time (we used the blender which I had not seen in amenities). Excellent shower, great bed, plenty of towels...Nice little table on the outdoor patio with an amazing amount of privacy for having morning coffee and watching the waves and spouting Humpbacks! Not a bad place to end the day, either. We did various things on the island, but our highlight was taking the beach chairs on the very short path to Napili Bay and sitting in the sun and swimming in that wonderful surf. That was the best thing ever and so accessible to this condo. We'll do this again.

Perfect location with lovely view. Easy access to pool, restaurants and beaches. Location contained beach chairs, cooler and towels for beach. This is a fabulous property for a fair price.

The place was very nice. However, we had a problem with the sliding door. I reported it to the management company and they said they couldn't have maintenance come out on the weekend. I was told that they could send someone out with some oil. That person never showed up and we went for a walk on the beach. long story shorter, when I spoke with epic again I was told someone had come out, but we were not there (no one called us or set up a time). Finally, I was told that someone would come out on Monday and that they had never had a complaint. We felt unsafe without a safe exit in case of fire and so we checked out and got another place. The last communication I received was "no one else complained, have a great day". I think Epic could have handled the situation better. I did request to speak with Epic's owner but my email was apparently ignored.

Watch whales from your bed. Quiet end unit. Easy access to all of resorts amenities. Choose from two pools or the beach actress is just steps away. Best breakfast and even a tiki bar with Hawaiian dishes.

Everything was good until some work started in with a backhoe just off the patio. Epic refunded two nights of our stay so that was good but we had to move and it would have been better to know in advance.

This condo has been beautifully renovated, the whole place is top notch. The view is spectacular, the location on Napili Bay is unmatched. I definitely will go back! I highly recommend this condo.

The location of this unit is fantastic. Direct views of the ocean. Short walk to the beach but no beach front. We loved this because we didn’t have people just outside our door. We would most definitely go back to this rental unit.

#### Great location for my elderly mom who uses a walker

This condo is very nicely updated inside and is in an excellent location on the end of the A building - it has proximity to the pool and to the gazebo restaurant and is also a short distance to the parking and the beach. the beach does have 2 short sets of stairs but I was able to carry her walker up and down the stairs and she used the handrail to be able to enjoy the beach a bit . The gorgeous beach is steep but not too crowded . Great View of water / private lanai . We also appreciated the grab bars in the bathroom near toilet and shower was easy in and out for her . Only thing that would have been better was if we had brought her handicap parking permit as the spaces right by the condo tended to fill up in evening but I was able to pull up and get her in and out of the car for a nice short walk to condo front door and then park . I love this area of Maui with views out to Molokai and whales right out front . Close to sea house for dinner and gazebo for breakfast and lunch . Perfect pool and again good pool stairs with nice handrail for her to get in and out . Ac worked great and kitchen was nicely equipped . Thank you so much - it was really a relief to have an accessible safe bathroom for my mom!!

#### Anniversary getaway

We arrived later in the evening but found the apartment easily. We had the code which made everyting go smoothly. The apartment was very clean and the patio has a beautiful view of the bay. There was also easy access to the beach and parking. There was a grocery store nearby as well as a rental shop for snorkling. We were able to walk right out to the bay and swim around, there were even a few sea turtles hanging out. The apartment had beach chairs for our use and the kitchen was well equipped. The Gazebo restaurant near the pool had some of the best food around and always had a line going out the door! Overall we had a great stay and would recommend!

#### Management (Epic Realty) Deceitful

Checked in late on Sunday to be awoken by security asking us to move our car because they had to do plumbing construction. Shower did not drain so we would shower then go outside to shower our feet off then only to have the construction company tape that off so then we couldn't rinse our feet off (which this is unacceptable in the first place). They dug a ditch right next to the patio and proceeded to move the patio furniture then we would move it back at night, only to have them leave their personal items on the furniture in the morning (when we did try to open the blinds for some light). The Jackhammer would start first thing in the morning right next to our bed. But that's not the worst of it. When we called Epic realty for explanation, they informed us it was an emergency and credited us $100.00 But next day when it was still taped off we went to the front desk only to find out that Epic Realty lied to us and that they had known for months that this project was planned. During the day we had to shut the blinds bc construction workers looked right into our room. Our beautiful beach front view room turned into a dark cave. When we demanded our money back, they said no. Completely ruined our entire trip. Just heartbroken over this. Do not rent this VRBO! Management company is deceitful and ruthless. I have photos I wish I could post. This kind of business gives VRBO a bad reputation

Really enjoyed this studio. It’s a great floor plan and feels very spacious. Views are the best. I have to say I was pretty surprised by all the additional fees. Hopefully we will return!
