You'll be on the beach in no time! About 15 minutes north of Lahaina in the Napili area. Just finished painting the entire unit. New bed as less than a year old and just added AC so you can sleep in air conditioned comfort (not usually needed, but nice to know it's there). Recently finished complete remodel of the shower, new tile and shower head. Recently installed a new water heater and replaced the TV! In the past year we have also replaced the toilet, the couch, the dishwasher, the refrigerator, the kitchen faucet, the screen door, and the bedding. Unit is 100% furnished, including beach chairs, beach towels, queen bed in bedroom. Ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. The view from the lanai in the photo was taken from our lanai, unit 112\. Join us for an old Maui vibe and a view of Molokai unchanged for 5 million years. Literally. The kitchen is furnished with everything you need, even a coffee grinder. Also fast WiFi, TV. We just bought new beach chairs, umbrella and new snorkel gear for your use. Other gear (including paddle boards and more) is available to rent from Boss Frog's in Napili Plaza around the corner, or next door at a shop in Napili Shore. Complex is gated and quiet. Just steps away (literally) from the sandy beach of world famous Napili Bay. The BBQ's are on the sea wall which is approx. 40' from our unit. Lower floor means direct access to pool, BBQs and cove. No need to walk down stairs and all the way around the building when you're trying to get teriyaki skewers on the grill! Although the access to the cove is slightly difficult due to a rocky entry, the inconvenience is worth it. The snorkeling is great! The condo itself was clean and comfortable. The owners provided everything needed for a beach vacation. One minor drawback is that our upstairs neighbors sounded like a herd of elephants and the early morning road noise was not great for light sleepers. This was our 3rd stay and we will be back.. The owner is very quick to respond and the condo is clean with the most amazing view of Molokai. We stayed 12 nights in June (2025), and we had the most amazing vacation. The condo is perfectly outfitted for a long-term stay. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils you might need, including a blender and a toaster. Additionally, there are gas grills on the property that you can use. The laundry facilities allowed us to pack light and wash our clothes when needed. The air conditioner in the bedroom is great and keeps the sleeping area cool, but we just kept the windows open during the day, and the condo stayed cool from the breezes blowing through. Additionally, since the owner provides all the snorkeling and beach equipment for two people, it's easy to step out the door and spend some time snorkeling or visiting the nearby beach (which is just 100 feet away). There really is no need to go out on a boat to access snorkel spots, although we did take a SeaMaui cruise one day, and it was awesome; we would recommend this cruise. But we decided that the best snorkeling is in the condo’s own cove (Honokeana Cove). We saw at least two dozen sea turtles, tons of different types of fish, an octopus, and we saw two eels (SO COOL)!The sunsets are magical, and the grounds and pool are perfectly maintained, making this property the perfect hidden gem for a stay in Maui. At sunset, they light the gas tiki torches, and it is so cool. We have already reserved return dates for next summer! ##### Wade B. Stayed 12 nights in Jun 2025 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Brandie L. It is the best place to stay!! The price is reasonable and the views are spectacular. This is the best snorkeling bay on the island if you would like an up close and person experience with the turtles. At any given moment we could see about 20 turtles in the bay and also sunning on the rocks. The pool is refreshing and the property is well taken care of.
