Recently completely renovated in 2025 with 2 new 55 inch smart TV's on feature walls in living room and bedroom, full-size LG W/D, window coverings, ceiling fans, all appliances, privacy electronic lanai sun screen, king size stearns and foster adjustable bed, lighting, electric sit stand desk, and executive swivel chair.

Meet “Maui-Lono” our big wooden tiki at the front door. He is there to protect all family “Ohana” that stay here. He brings fertility, harvest and peace with his presence. We consider everyone who shares A13 with us as our Ohana. Maui-Lono will also protect you now!  
  
Meet "Lulu" Our Honu  
Napili Point is famous for Hawaiian Honu's (turtles in english) so Dani honors them with her hand made mosaic planter (Lulu is her name). There are a few dozen Honu's living right out your front door and you will see them everyday. Best glimpse time with "them all out" is early morning and sunset. The fish and coral is amazing. More rare to experience but we also get some large rays that enjoy our cove. It’s kinda like your own massive aquarium.  
  
Meet "Pele" Our New Sea Grape Tree (right side of lanai)  
Named after the Hawaiian goddess Pele. She was moved all the way from the other side of the island in up country and was dug in and planted in 2023. She will grow over time to provide us with natural beauty and more shade. We hope you enjoy her.  
  
When you are done playing for the day, fire up the barbecue grills located next to the ocean, then unwind and enjoy complete bliss as you savor your dinner and a glass of your favorite beverage watching the most breathtaking sunsets on the island from your lanai of our exceptional 1-bedroom oceanfront vacation condo.

BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents and tides. Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them.  
  
IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

We had a great time in Maui. The location of this condo cannot be beat. You are steps away from the bay with a lanai to eat and relax on. We were able to reach the owners without any issues when we had questions or problems. We would absolutely stay there again!
