The Kahana Sunset sits on Keonenui Bay and feels as though it has its own private beach. Conveniently located minutes from world-renowned golf courses at Kapalua and Kaanapali, and steps from shops, markets and restaurants in Napili, this property is also just a few miles away from the excitement of Kaanapali Resort. This unit proudly features:  
  
• 1 BD / 1BA (king- master and living room sofa sleeper)

• Spacious with 700 sq.ft of living space

The unit has replaced the following items in 2022: sofa sleeper, new bed, curtains, sofa and a few other furniture pieces. Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. Sullivan Properties, Inc firmly believes in recycling & lowering the carbon footprint we leave on this planet! If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy. If they are extremely dirty or broken, we must toss them out. There are places nearby that rent beach amenities – your property might also have an onsite rental shack. Most of the rental places nearby offer daily or weekly rates. Please note, we are not endorsing these companies simply providing the more popular options in the area : Snorkel Bobs in the Kahana Gateway Center, Boss Frogs in the Napili Plaza and Boss Frogs in Kahana Manor. Maui on the Fly for baby equipment rentals – this includes baby beach toys and other beach necessities for children. For more details and information check them out on the web!  
  
This resort’s prime location on the beach in Kahana is perfect. With no neighboring resorts, you truly have the ability to relax and unwind. Onsite amenities include free parking, swimming pool, beach and barbecue grills. The resort is within a 10-minute drive of 3 championship golf courses which are open to the public, beaches, nightlife and even free hula shows. Kahana Sunset is ideal to help create your flawless Maui vacation. Plenty of fine dining and family-friendly restaurants are within a mile of Kahana Sunset. If you prefer a stay-at-home meal, BBQ right on onsite or enjoy our fully-equipped kitchen with all the amenities right at your fingertips. For convenience, there is a Napili Market, a grocery store that is about ¼ mile away. Also located at the Napili Plaza are retail shops and a few eateries including Mama’s Ribs &Rotisserie, A’a Roots, Joey’s, and Maui Tacos. Kitchen 5315 and the Gazebo restaurant are located at the Napili Shores resort. Just on the opposite side of Napili Bay enjoy the Seahouse restaurant which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It also has a great Happy Hour with both food and drink specials!  
  
Kapalua’s beauty can be enjoyed through hikes, restaurants and gorgeous beaches. The hiking trails at Kapalua range from easy to extremely difficult! Enjoy the ease of the Kapalua Coastal Trail, the Village Trails or the very difficult Mahana Ridge Trail.
