Found some bedbugs and when I called for this issue they said that they would come check the room or possibly reimburse some of the cost. They never did anything and did not answer us when we continued to try to contact them after days of trying. A picture was sent to customer service and they argued the animal found was not a bedbug, but it clearly was. Regardless of what it is, it’s still bugs on a bed!
