"The staff were polite and helpful. The hotel itself was older, clean, but showing signs of wear. Our room was clean, a little dark and also showing signs of a much needed updating. The bed was comfortable. The room (824) faced the Doubletree hotel and the lights from the front of that hotel were very bright and were on all night which made it impossible to make the room completely dark. The breakfast buffet was great. The cook to order omelette station line moved quickly. Airport shuttle was another plus. Rosemont train station was nearby and within walking distance. A full Starbucks next door in the Hilton. Good hotel. Good value."
