« Stayed here with a group of friends for July 4th weekend. Micheal was such a great host and the house was beautiful and the property and home are so well kept. Photos don’t do it justice. The check in was easy and the housekeeper Sandi was so accommodating and very helpful with clean up and anything we needed during our stay. Thank you for a great weekend. »

« The house is beautiful and much larger than it appears in photos. Well stocked, huge eat in kitchen, comfortable beds with soft sheets, beautiful, huge heated pool nice and clean. It is like being on a private estate with exquisite grounds. First time to North Fork, it is bucolic as is the property. Southport looks like Chatham without the exorbitant prices. "The gently "green" philosophy is appreciated, but the rate charged is borderline outrageous considering the quality of the room (the one my family and I stayed in). Granted, the hotel’s location is fantastic, but the room was small, without a TV, dark, bare — almost monastic… In short, sad and with no view… and all that for nearly €1,000. A big disappointment for us."
