Welcome to your Napa Riverfront Retreat in the heart of Napa Valley! This elegant and completely remodeled 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse, complete with a spacious office, offers breathtaking water views and a private dock for ultimate relaxation and convenience.  
  
Minimum Stay: 30-day minimum stay, with a 2-month maximum.  
  
Step inside to discover a stunning Provence-farmhouse style kitchen, featuring granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and high-end appliances including an air fryer, Instapot, waffle maker, and gas range. The kitchen opens to a beautifully designed dining area with a wet bar and a large dining table, perfect for entertaining.  
  
The living room offers a king-size pull-out sofa bed, a smart TV, and a beautiful views of the water.  
  
The limestone-tiled, covered patio is an ideal spot for dining and relaxing outdoors, equipped with a built-in BBQ and comfortable seating, all overlooking the tranquil main canal of River Park Estates.  
  
Upstairs, the primary bedroom serves as a luxurious retreat with a cozy king bed and reading nook, walk-in closet, and a corner tub in the en-suite bath—all with stunning water views. The secondary bedroom is equally inviting, featuring a queen bed and convenient in-unit washer and dryer.  
  
This charming condo feels like a Provence escape in Napa Valley, meticulously redecorated in 2024 with high-end furnishings from brands like Serena and Lily. Located in the peaceful Riverpark neighborhood, just across the water from the Napa Yacht Club, and close to two major shopping centers, and only 1 mile from downtown Napa.
