There are 2 queen beds and the 3rd “bed” is a small couch. It’s not even a Sofia bed couch it’s just an old couch. Very disappointing!!! I didn’t want to go on this vacation and have to sleep on a couch. A COUCH IS NOT A BED!!! This property will not sleep 6 people unless you like sleeping on the floor. Also, apartments next door are very loud with smoking and talking into late in the night every night. The parking is very limited as all neighbors have to park on the same street. We had an amazing time celebrating my friend's 35th birthday at this beautiful home in downtown Napa! The location couldn't have been more convenient—it was so close to everything downtown. The house was the perfect size for our group of five, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Communication with the homeowner was great, im the one who needs to do better. Sat on the patio the final morning. House is smaller than o line but nothing is as it seems until you get in it. However this is not a complaint just not an observation. Would i stay there again? Yes. Just need a frint porch light. The house has a lot of character, which older homes have that charm about them.
