Villa RayEl was inspired by the farmhouses and small villas of Italy. Located midway between downtown Napa and Yountville, this property sits on 2 acres providing great privacy. It sits next to a year-round creek with a view of a vineyard and nightly sunsets. It has a pool and an attached hot tub. Located 5 minutes to Highway 29, 8 minutes to downtown Napa and 8 minutes to Yountville. It is convenient to great wineries, restaurants and shopping. Alston Park, one of Napa's best is 4 minutes by car where you can hike or jog. Take an afternoon swim in the 40 foot private pool, relax in the hot tub under the stars, create great food in the fully equipped kitchen, or lounge on the terrace overlooking the creek and vineyard with a good book. Located on the outskirts of a central neighborhood that provided immediate access to hwy 29, yet surprisingly secluded from the neighborhood with a stream and views of a vineyard along the entire back side of the property.
