"Me and some friends stayed for the west indian parade. We didn't know what to expect, but surprisingly that was one of the best stay we had as a group. Owner was awesome and everything was on point. If you are visiting the American Dream Mall and NY, I highly recommend staying there. this place"

"Came in town to visit another relative and explore NJ and NYC together for a mini reunion. The house is very cute and was very clean! Everything ran smoothly as expected. We would definitely try to stay at this property again if we are visiting the area again. "

"Really enjoyed our stay at this comfy cottage. Easily slept a family of 3 with plenty of room to lounge around. It's an older cottage, but the owner has added a lot of neat touches that make this a nice place to stay in this area."

"I was fooled by the pictures. Upon check-in, they require to zelle cleaing fee. When I finally got inside, I found absolutely nothing lux about this property, no comfort and hospitality. The broken floor welcome me, all 4 beds are broken, only 2 TVs, moldy restroom, zero confort. They left 4 towels for 6 people for 6 nights. I had to request more towels. I had to scoop water fromthe shower to flush in the toilet because water would not drain. Half roll toilet paper was left. If you take...

"Our group of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay. The house was immaculate and well equipped for anything you could possibly need with varied spaces that invited spending time together or finding quiet, alone time. While the weather didn't cooperate so that we could enjoy the outdoor spaces at the firepit ot the outdoor kitchen, the hot tub was a nice respite after the Spartan Race. "Loved everything about this place! Plenty of space for everyone, great location four minutes from the commuter train, having offstreet parking was a huge blessing! So much good I could say about this property, communication was wonderful, and having a laundromat just steps down the street was perfect for a laundry refresh in our trip! The neighborhood is quiet yet close to everything and well kept!"

"Owners very responsive. I didn’t see message with check-out process (garbage etc) until after I left so I would suggest including with listing or providing upon check-in. Place was very clean! Easy on street parking. Only two towels though, for two females for two days. Not a huge deal but would have liked one or two more. "
