The property is meticulously maintained with a private yard and great outdoor entertaining space. There are two bedrooms located on the first floor and two on the second floor. Although there is a wonderful ocean breeze throughout the house, AC units are in all of the bedrooms. A short walk along a no outlet road leads to community stairs accessing a quiet, pristine beach. Beach gear for your enjoyment is stored in the shed. Using Google maps will help you get a better appreciation of this property, unique to the area, in this lovely neighborhood. You will not be disappointed in this vacation home. Please peruse our reviews. The ability to walk to the end of the road to the beach was such a treat and the outdoor shower was a dream! We appreciated the tranquil neighborhood as well. We had never stayed in Tom Nevers before, it is close proximity to Sconset for the market, shops and snacks even to mid-island for Stop & Shop and Fish Market. With traffic this time of a year, it took some time to get to town or the drive on kids beaches but the house was just what we hoped for when booking a vacation with a weeks notice. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions and very helpful with advice on things to do, etc. We had most of our meals in the outdoor deck seating. Clean, updated, great deck and yard for the kids to play in. Short walk to the beach and away from the craziness of town. The house was perfect for us (3 adults, 3 small kids).
