The property is meticulously maintained with a private yard and great outdoor entertaining space. There are two bedrooms located on the first floor and two on the second floor. Although there is a wonderful ocean breeze throughout the house, AC units are in all of the bedrooms. A short walk along a no outlet road leads to community stairs accessing a quiet, pristine beach. Beach gear for your enjoyment is stored in the shed. Using Google maps will help you get a better appreciation of this property, unique to the area, in this lovely neighborhood. The house was the perfect size for us and had everything we could ever need for a beach vacation including chairs, toys for the kids and even a cooler! The ability to walk to the end of the road to the beach was such a treat and the outdoor shower was a dream! We appreciated the tranquil neighborhood as well. We had never stayed in Tom Nevers before, it is close proximity to Sconset for the market, shops and snacks even to mid-island for Stop & Shop and Fish Market. Aug 9, 2018 #### Great house! We had a wonderful stay and the house came exactly as advertised. Clean, updated, great deck and yard for the kids to play in. Short walk to the beach and away from the craziness of town. The house was perfect for us (3 adults, 3 small kids). Highly recommend! ##### Brian W.
