Beautifully decorated 3 bedroom and 2 bath house. Home includes central air conditioning & heat, front living room, eat-in kitchen, private side patio with teak furniture, gas grill, washer & dryer on premises, 1 off street parking spot. Only a 5 minute walk to downtown. Also, flat screen TV and high speed internet. The house has the option to also rent out a renovated 2 bedroom & 1 bath guest cottage on the property based on availability. The home was exactly as advertised—comfortable, clean, and ideally located just a 10-minute stroll from downtown, making it easy to enjoy all that Nantucket has to offer. Peter was an excellent host, always responsive and helpful with any questions. We especially enjoyed being able to cook meals at home and then walk into town for dessert at the Juice Bar.
