This is a follow up to a review I submitted earlier. After Speaking with the Hotel Directors Jason and Michelle they were very attentive to my concerns and we had a brief in person meeting about the situation. They were very understanding of the issue and apologized for the inconvenience as well as credited me for the mis-billing. It was simply a miscommunication as it turns out and they and the Intercontinental Hotel in now way committed any wrong doing. After speaking with the directors I am completely reassured in the Intercontinental Hotel and will be staying here for all my future business trips to Nantong and Shanghai.
