### Cabana & La Jolie Ferme

Bienvenue dans notre charmante ancienne ferme bourguignonne, nichée dans un paisible village de Saône-et-Loire, entre la côte chalonnaise, le charolais et le mâconnais. Cette maison pleine de caractère a été rénovée avec soin au fil des années, offrant aujourd'hui un cadre chaleureux et confortable pour des vacances mémorables en famille ou entre amis, au cœur d'une région magnifique.  
Le logement  
La propriété s'étend sur une superficie de 290 m², avec une capacité d'accueil de 12 personnes (dont 8 adultes maximum) réparties dans 7 chambres. Vous y trouverez également deux salons, une salle à manger semi-ouverte sur une cuisine entièrement équipée, ainsi qu'une belle terrasse partiellement couverte offrant une vue imprenable sur la vallée environnante.  
  
Le vaste jardin de 3000 m² abrite une piscine privée de 10 x 4 mètres, semi-enterrée et traitée au sel, ainsi qu'une grange aménagée avec une table de ping-pong et des jeux d'extérieur. Une ancienne bergerie vous invite à des soirées conviviales autour du barbecue, de la plancha et de la friteuse, tandis qu'un coin détente à l'étage vous permettra de profiter des douces soirées d'été.  
  
Idéalement située à seulement 20 minutes de Chalon-sur-Saône et de Tournus, et à 30 minutes de Cluny, notre maison vous offre un accès facile à de nombreux sites touristiques de renom. Vous pourrez ainsi découvrir le village et le château de Brancion, la voie verte, le village de Chapaize, le château de Cormatin, ainsi que les vignobles réputés de la côte chalonnaise et du mâconnais.  
  
Que vous soyez amateurs de nature, d'histoire, de gastronomie ou de vin, notre maison saura vous séduire par son confort, son charme et sa situation privilégiée au cœur de la Bourgogne. Nous vous attendons avec impatience pour des vacances inoubliables !
