Nous avons payer notre réservation en ligne sur Hôtel.com 77€ Le 13 juillet. Nous sommes arrivé à l’hôtel le soir du 14 juillet et avons encore dû payer notre chambre, mais cette fois 69,96€! Pourtant, la borne avais bien notre numéro de réservation en ligne. Les deux montants ont bien été prélevés. J’ai envoyé deux réclamation au site Hôtel.com, sans réponse à ce jour. Impossible de joindre B andB! Merci de priver à notre remboursement. On nous a fait payer une chambre 2 fois sans pouvoir nous rembourser aussitôt, check in trèèèèèès long car ce serait compliqué quand on passe par Hotels.com (2 fois 20min quand même...). Impossible d'avoir une facture globale. Grosse fuite d'eau du lavabo. Réservation payée en ligne et arrivés à la borne de l’hôtel, la réception étant fermée, on me demande de régler à nouveau la totalité, c’est la 2ème fois que cela m’arrive dans cet hotel.
